Balochistan govt making efforts to meet energy requirements of remote areas

Balochistan government is making hectic efforts to meet energy requirements of consumers in remote areas of the province, reported Radio Pakistan.

An official of Provincial Energy Department told Radio Pakistan Quetta during an interaction today that electricity is being provided to several villages in Kech district at a cost of sixty-six million rupees.

Similarly, solar energy system is being provided for water supply schemes in Pishin district at a cost of fifty-three million rupees.

A project of provision of the solar home system in several areas of Zhob district is also being executed at a cost of forty million rupees.
