Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Sheikh Aftab Ahmed on Wednesday appreciated Punjab government and all the agencies who participated in apprehending the culprit after hard efforts.

Talking to Radio Pakistan, he said “the cruel criminal must be dealt with iron hands”. The brutal killing of a minor girl is an extremely disgusting act, he added.

Member National Assembly from Kasur, Malik Rasheed Ahmed said the heinous crime is highly condenmable. Child abuse and pornography are totally against the international values which must be addressed with sincere efforts, he urged.
He said this achievement became possible due to the efforts of security forces.

There is a dire need to bring reforms in the police department to stop Kasur-like acts in the future, he stressed.

The MNA said it is also a collective responsibility of the parents, society, media and the government to protect our children from being victimized.
