LAHORE Former first class cricketer Tahir Shah has blamed the PCB chairman for running an outdated domestic cricket structure which is the main reason of the games downfall in the country. In a statement, he said that poor state of cricket grounds and substandard cricket balls cannot produce international cricketers. He said selection of blue-eyed cricketers was ruining the game. He said it was tragic that the country was no longer producing cricketers like Imran Khan, Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis.
