Nawaz, Muqrin hold talks in Jeddah

JEDDAH : Deputy Crown Prince and Second Deputy Premier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud called on Prime Minister Muhammed Nawaz Sharif here late Tuesday night. Both the leaders discussed bilateral and regional issues and expressed satisfaction on steps taken to further strengthen bilateral relations. Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is also the adviser and special envoy of the custodian of the two holy mosques.
On his arrival for the meeting, the deputy crown prince was warmly received.
During the meeting which was extremely cordial, the prime minister expressed gratitude for a very warm welcome and hospitality extended during his private visit to Saudi Arabia.
Deputy Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were not only brotherly countries rather their relations meant much more. Saudi Arabia was second home for every Pakistani, he added.
The prime minister was accompanied in the meeting by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Hussain Nawaz.
