Lahore - Passco ’s Association of Officers, in its meeting here on Saturday, welcomed the dismissal of 2013 employees and demanded the government recruits competent officers on vacant seats. The participants also praised MD Passco Capt r) Tariq Masood who started encashment in the last year of his service.  The officers were happy to note that their department freed its rice bags from a contractor and sold these in open market. The Passco staff, which withstood political pressure on wheat procurement campaign, was also praised, and also Passco’s collection of Rs20 billion from the provinces.
