KARACHI - Rangers claimed to have foiled a terror bid by apprehending two alleged members of outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan on Monday.
Rangers conducted targeted raid in Muslimabad Colony area and saved Karachi from a disastrous terrorist action.
The spokesperson of rangers said it raided a hideout where militants were preparing a motorcycle-borne improvised explosive device for a terrorist activity in Karachi. Upon seeing the rangers , the militants tried to escape along with the motorbike but rangers personnel chased them and managed to overpower the terrorists just away from their hideout.
It recovered an explosive-laden motorcycle and explosives from them.
