Ramzan has started and it is very difficult for the poor to manage in this scorching heat. Though the state should provide basic necessities at reasonable prices, the state does not see it fit to do so. Rates of edibles have shot through the roof again and the poor look at the shoddy Ramzan bazaar’s with no relief.
