LAHORE - The Pakistan women cricket team after its maiden World Cup appearance will reach Karachi Airport on Tuesday (today). It was the first World Cup for Women under the ICC banner and in that sense it was Pakistan team's first appearance in the World Cup where it left a positive mark by moving into the second stage of the tournament when even the PCB was expected them to return after their first round matches but contrary to the thoughts they were successful in beating Sri Lanka and the West Indies. And now after being placed sixth in the World Cup ranking, the girls in green would be back today at 11 am from Sydney via Dubai. Some of the players will get connecting flights for their respective cities directly from Karachi Airport.
