LIEUTENANT Yasir Abbas, martyred in terrorists attack at the PNS Mehran on Sunday night, was the only son of his parents and three sisters. Hailing from Lahore, the soldier was going to be married after four months. He called his mother at home in Lahore some hours before the incident and asked her to pray for him. Yasir had visited his home some eight months back on Eid. He will be buried today (Tuesday) with all military honour. His father and maternal grandfather are also retired military men. We are really proud of him who fought terrorists and sacrificed his life for nation, Yasirs family members said.
