Washington- Resumption of Pak-US Strategic Dialogue will strengthen bilateral cooperation in key areas, including defense, investment and energy, said Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States Jalil Abbas Jilani. He was speaking on a seminar about "Pakistan's Paradigm Shift" at Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
He said that democracy in Pakistan is strengthening and that the people of the country believe in basic human freedom and the rule of law. He added that an independent media and an active Judiciary are clear manifestations of this trend.
