Rawalpindi - The anti-narcotics force (ANF) has recovered 23.9-kg hashish and arrested three drug peddlers. According to details, ANF Rawalpindi team arrested two local drug suppliers and recovered 3.9-kg hashish from their possession. The accused were identifies as Raja Shadran and Waqas Ahmed, both residents of Rawalpindi. They were arrested near Khana Pull, Islamabad, while going for drug delivery on motorcycle.  ANF Rawalpindi in an information-based operation at Mullah Mansoor, GT Road, Attock, recovered 20-kg hashish on intercepting a hiace (LES-8610), said a press release.

A person namely Noshad Khan, resident of Peshawar, was also arrested during the operation. Hashish was concealed in the secret cavities of the vehicle. According to initial reports, hashish was being smuggled to Punjab.

Cases have been registered at ANF police stations and further investigations are under process.
