NOWSHERA - Two persons, including a women and her son, were killed while two others sustained injuries when armed assailants opened firing on a rickshaw here on Saturday. According to details, a woman identified as Salma and his seven-year-old son were on their way back from Peshawar after attending a marriage party there when their rickshaw reached Badrashi locality, some unidentified armed men opened firing on them.
Resultantly, the woman and her son lost their lives while two other people also sustained injuries.
The dead and injured were shifted to a hospital while police started investigation. The motive behind the killings is stated to be a domestic issue.
