It is surveyed that people in all walks of life, in particular, in public sector organizations are susceptible to mental illness. The high stress society all and sundry susceptible to mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety and substance abuse.

I know that mental health conditions also have a devastating impact on the advocate and district judiciary judges’ life and work. When they are debilitated by mental illness, litigant public often suffer the consequences.

Due to the stigma associated with mental health conditions, many public sector employees choose to keep their problems to themselves. They fear losing their reputation in the community. Many choose not to seek treatment and attempt to cope with their problems on their own. They should not simply cover up their problems and leave people in harm’s way.
