Islamabad- Head of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt General Rizwan Akhtar called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today and discussed matters related to internal and external security particularly withdrawal of Nato troops from Afghanistan.
General Akhtar took the reins of ISI on November 7th and this was his second meeting with the premier after assuming charge. During the meeting, which lasted for an hour, the two leaders discussed national issues as well as security challenges faced by the country.
