ISLAMABAD - As many as 100 containers have been brought by police to seal more roads in capital to stop entry of protestors of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), according to a police spokesman on Saturday. In this regard, a high level meeting was convened with Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Qazi Jamil Ur Rehman in chair, he said. The meeting was attended by DIG Operations Afzaal Ahmed Kausar, SSP Operations Syed Ali Akbar and divisional SPs. According to him, the capital police have evolved a new strategy to stop the proscribed TLP activists from entering in Islamabad to stage a sit-in to press government to oust French Ambassador and to release their chief Saad Rizvi. The police along with district administration would block roads by placing containers at Kak Bridge, Koral, Khana, Taramri Chowk, Zero Point and other roads leading to Faizabad Interchange.
