HUNZA : Immense deposits of precious stones were present in Gilgit Baltistan, said advisor to Forest & Minerals GB Aftab Haider here on Sunday. Talking to APP, he said that the GB government would take right steps to generation revenue through these deposits.  He said that many departments of Gems & minerals sector are conducting different cutting & polishing courses of precious and semi precious stones.
Some private NGO’s were also working for the development of gems sector in the region, he added.
