Four persons including three women and young girls suffered wounds due to aerial firing during a wedding ceremony here in Sargodha on late Sunday night. According to police during wedding ceremony guests opened aerial firing which hit four persons present at the roof of the grooms house. Three women and a ten year old girl sustained injuries in the firing. The injured were shifted to hospital where according to doctors condition of the girls was serious. The police have registered a case against the accused but no arrest was made. It may be recalled that Punjab Government has imposed a ban on aerial firing during wedding ceremonies but people take advantage of the laxity of Police and resort to such activities which at times claim lives.
