MULTAN - Vice chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi disclosed on Friday that his party was going to challenge the results of 60 constituencies in judicial commission on Monday.

Talking to the journalists here at Multan Airport, he said that the PTI would accept decision of the judicial commission even if it went against the expectations of his party. He said his party was fully prepared to submit the rigging case in 60 constituencies, and added that the chief justice had directed the election commission to save the record on PTI’s request.

Qureshi claimed that there would not have been rigging in 2013 election, if the Karachi by-election-like atmosphere had been created in last general elections.

To a query, he said the PTI was happy on Chinese president’s visit as China always supported Pakistan in tough times.

“We’re very happy on new agreements with China as they would open new doors of progress to the country. However, we have concerns on transparency,” he added. He said that though he did not want to make the agreements controversial, yet the transparency was a big question mark in execution of these projects.

Responding to another question, he said the condition of Pakistan Cricket Board was not good while the performance of national team also dismayed the nation.
