LAHORE - Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar met with the notables of the area in Vahua on Saturday. He went to their seats and did the symbolically handshake in the wake of the Covid-19 SOPs.
The Chief Minister was given a traditional Balochi turban. Vahua Chairman Sardar Ijaz did the dastarbandi of Chief Minister. Usman Buzdar listened to the problems of the people of the area and issued instructions for their redressal on the spot.
He personally received the applications from the complainants. Sardar Aurangzaib and Sardar Ijaz-ur-Rehman gave the letter of thanks. The speakers lauded the Punjab government’s crackdown against the qabza mafia. Former Chairman Syed Muhammad Nawaz Shah and former Member District Council Javed Baloch expressed their confidence on the leadership of Chief Minister and announced to join PTI along with supporters.
CM takes notice of fire incident in Farozpur factory
Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident of fire in the factory on Farozpur road and sought a report from the administration. He also directed Rescue 1122 and other concerned departments to speed up the relief activities. He ordered administration to reach on the spot and monitor the relief operations. He directed to use all out resources to extinguish the fire at the earliest.
The Chief Minister has also directed to investigate the incident.
