LAHORE – Different parts of the City received light and medium shower on Friday bringing the temperature down, though the humidity gripped the provincial metropolis again in the evening.
The provincial capital’s localities that received light and medium rain include Shadbagh, Harbanspura, Jallo More, Misri Shah, China Scheme, Mughalpura and Garhi Shahu, while RA Bazar and some other parts of the Lahore Cantonment also received showers.
According to the Met Office, more rain and thundershower are expected in some parts of Lahore in the next 24 hours. The minimum temperature on Friday morning remained at 31 degree Celsius and the maximum at 33 degree Celsius, while in the evening the minimum temperature was 35 degree Celsius and the maximum was 37 degree Celsius.  The Met Office has forecast rain and thundershower at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sahiwal and Bahawalpur districts in the next 24 hours.
