ISLAMABAD - Pakistan’s skier M Karim called on Air Marshal Sohail Gul Khan, Vice Chief of the Air Staff Pakistan Air Force, who is also the President of Ski Federation of Pakistan, (SFP) at his office on Wednesday.M Karim returned after completing one month training in the FIS Alpine Ski Training Camp in Austria. The skier briefed the SFP president about his experience at the training camp. Sohail urged Karim to continue with the same enthusiasm with special focus on physical fitness to further improve his ranking and winning a medal in forth coming Olympics Winter Games. It is pertinent to mention that M Karim also participated in the same training camp last year, which proved instrumental in his qualification for Olympics Winter Games 2014 at Sochi, Russia. M Karim was given employment by Pakistan Air Force (PAF) to keep with the legacy of promoting sports and patronizing sportsmen. Karim is also a former student of PAF Shah Khan Ski School Naltar and has won several medals in children and national ski championships.
