Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao has said that the act of terrorism in the region has hindered the dialogue process with Pakistan, report said. Briefing the media on her talks with Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir on Thursday, Rao stressed on the importance of talks between both countries, saying Indian invitation to Pakistan to hold talks was New Delhis firm belief that we must not shut the door of dialogue. She revealed that New Delhi has handed over three dossiers to Pakistan comprising proofs on Mumbai terror attack.
