Few days backs a relative of mine who lives near Rim Jhim Hall, was out of his home with his family. When the family returned to their house they noticed that some people (most probably robbers) were present in the house and were trying to escape after hearing the noise of the opening of the door. My relative called police and asked them to come quickly. To their great disappointment, police came after half an hour and then gave the excuse that they couldnt find the way. Till that time, the robbers had fled. I hope that SHO of that area (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block No. 6), tightens the security of this area as many robberies have been taken place in that area. Raymond Davis Institute Foreign office needs 15 days to ascertain if Raymond Davis enjoys diplomatic immunity or not; the fact which only needs half an hour to establish by even a junior level Government officer. There is a need for Higher Education Commission (HEC) to approve the establishment of "Raymond Davis Institute of Diplomatic Immunity" thus helping our Government Servants working in the Foreign Office to get specialized training from this extraordinary individual.
