KARACHI - The gap between three brothers Aqeel Khan, Jalil Khan and Yasir Khan and their challengers is widening with each championship and their opponents. This was again seen in the men's quarter-finals of Subh e Nau National Ranking Tournament when all the three won their matches in straight sets to reach the semi-final here on Friday at the CDGK tennis courts.

Aqeel defeated young Zohair Raza 6-4, 6-, Jalil defeated Ahmed Choudhry 6-2, 6-0 and the youngest of their brother Yasir subdued former Davis cupper Nomi Qamar 6-2, 6-2.

In boys’ under-18 category, Ahmed Baber reached in the last four by defeating Go Mazher 3-6, 6-1, 6-1. Fahad Mahmood and Talha Zubair also advance to semis stage in this category. In boys’ under-14, Dawar Rehan and Nofil Kaleem reaches in the semi-finals.
