Accident death rises to 25



PESHAWAR - Death toll in the Peshawar bus incident rose to 25 as three more bodies including two women and children were recovered from the Budhni canal, while search for rest of the five missing persons is still underway.
Police said eight people were still missing since Friday’s accident, near the city of Peshawar. The missing persons include five children and three women for whom the rescue operation is continue.
Around eight-kilometer long canal has been searched for the recovery of other persons but only three victims have been recovered in the Sunday operation.
It is to mentioned here that on Friday evening a bus carrying a wedding party had plunged into Budhni canal after its driver lost control of the bus.  
The total dead included eight children and 16 women. All the victims were relatives of the bride, and were on way to the nearby city of Mardan where they had to observe Hina ceremony. Rescue operation was still under way for the eight missing persons while special teams from army have been called to take part in rescue operation.
