Ex-minister, PML-Q lawmaker join PTI


JHANG - A former minister and a PML-Q parliamentarian who are descendants of Hazrat Sultan Bahoo have jumped on the PTI bandwagon.
Sahibzad Nazir Sultan, a former state minister, have been elected as MNA for four times consecutively from his native constituency Gharhmahraja.
Addressing a large gathering, Nazir Sultan said that the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf was the only political force which had been struggling for peace, justice and for people’s rights under dynamic leadership of Imran Khan. “Only the PTI will bring revolutionary change in the country which is confronting multifarious problems due to wrong policies and corruption of rulers,” he added. He said that after coming to power, the PTI would eliminate all sorts of corruption from top to toe and the whole country would be made corruption-free and a welfare Islamic democratic state.
On the occasion, MNA Sahibzad Mahboob Sultan said that prolonged and unscheduled loadshedding, gas shortage, increase in power and gas tariffs, skyrocketing price hike, lawlessness and corruption had ruined the foundations of the country. He said that only the PTI could bring positive change.
He further said that the people of Pakistan particularly of rural areas were suffering inflation, gas and electricity shortage and unemployment. He said that his party would gain majority in the upcoming general elections.
