ISLAMABAD - Islamabad Tennis Association (ITA) elections to elect new office-bearers were held at Islamabad Club Saturday. Tariq Murtaza was elected president, M Arif Qureshi as secretary and Shahzad Akhtar Alvi was as treasurer. All the officials were chosen unopposed. Tariq presented a shield to the outgoing president Iftikhar Rashid and hosted a lunch in the honour of new council members. PTF president Saleem Saifullah, Senator Syed Dilawar Abbas, Anwar Saifullah Khan, former Davis Cup coach Fazle Subhan and Brig (R) Khalid Sajjad Khokhar and others were also present on the occasion.
