PEF releases free vouchers for private schoolkids

LAHORE - The Multan regional office of Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has released 15,000 vouchers to private schools partnering under phase 12th of its education voucher scheme. These schools are working in the districts of DG Khan, Rajanpur and Muzaffargarh.
According to PEF spokesman, these vouchers will enable as many deserving students to study free of cost in these schools and monthly fee as well as text books will be provided by PEF.
These vouchers are issued after proper verification of the antecedents of the needy students to be provided with vouchers for studying free of cost in these schools.
EVS aims to provide free school education to the needy children of disadvantageous communities living in peri-urban and urban-slums.
PEF is part of chief minister’s education roadmap program to open the doors of education to the children.
