The University of Sargodha has striving hard to provide quality education of the students at their doorsteps through its well-established sub-campuses being run under public-private partnership in different areas.
Addressing a meeting of the Chief Executives and Directors of UoS Sub-Campuses here, Vice Chancellor Dr Mohammad Akram Chaudhry emphasised on the heads of Sub-Campuses to sharpen and explore the hidden capabilities of students by adopting modern teaching methods.
The meeting was convened to consolidate the criterion for awarding degrees up to the UoS rules and regulations adopted earlier keeping in view 100 merit, educational and administrative policy of Higher Education Commission and University of Sargodha. The VC revealed that the university had 288 PhD teachers and had 48 professors in grade 21 in its strength.
Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr, Zahoorul Hassan Dogar, Dr Nawaz Mehsud, Dr Mohammad Ali, Dr Muhammad Afzal, Dr Nazara Sultana, Dr Manzoor Sial, Registrar Brig (r) Rao Jamil Asghar and Additional Registrar Mudassar Kamran were also present on the occasion.
