I am writing to express my concern about the dilapidated condition of IJP Road, which has become a headache of almost every citizen residing in twin cities. It’s one of the busiest road among twin cities due to Vegetable Market and Buses stands and it becomes more crowded in Eid days.
Heavy vehicles including buses, trucks and dumpers are causing traffic Jams on IJP Road. These heavy vehicles have turned this road into dilapidated condition creating adversities for motor bikes, cyclist and auto rickshaws. Due to current condition of the road many accidents took place on daily basis. This road has become a nightmare for citizens. It’s very difficult for a new driver to drive of this road. The road becomes more dangerous after rain which makes the road slippery and damages it more. This road need urgent maintenance as well as installation of road signs.
On the behalf of every citizen it’s their request to CDA to repair this road and install road signs all over the road.
