Lahore High Court (LHC) has given permission for Houbara bustard this year but also ordered the government to conduct a survey on endangered birds. 

While giving the verdict on Houbara bustard application, the court banned hunting of bird next year and ordered completion of survey till December 18. 

Next year permission will be given according to judicial commission report, stated LHC. 

The court orders all departments and government officials to follow court's order.
