I am a settler living in Quetta for almost half a century but I have never seen such lawlessness ever before. I am amazed at how the criminals are able to do their criminal activities in broad daylight and don't seem to fear anyone. Nobody among the police and other law enforcing agencies seems capable of stopping them. Nobody in Quetta feels safe. Some terrorist organizations which were supposed to have disappeared in the 'clean-up' have now resurfaced again with a vengeance.
