SOUTH WAZIRISTAN - A suicide bomber on Sunday blew himself up near a security check post, killing one soldier and injuring two others in South Waziristan Agency. Sources said a teenage bomber walked towards Chag Malai check post, about 7 km east of Wana, the headquarters of South Waziristan Agency. The security personnel asked the boy to stop but he did not. On which a security man shot him and the suicide vest the bomber was wearing exploded. As a result, the soldier was killed and two others sustained injuries. Some reports said five to seven security personnel got injured in the attack. The killing of the bomber before he reached to his target has averted many casualties at the post.
