UNITED NATIONS  - UN leader Ban Ki-moon will carry the Olympic torch in London on Thursday one day before the opening of the Games, a spokesman said. Ban will carry the torch in front of London’s Westminster Abbey in the presence of International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge, UN deputy spokesman Eduardo del Buey told reporters. “This is an honour for the secretary-general.
