Fabulous menu for new Suzie Wong

ISLAMABAD (PR): The Karachi Marriott Hotel has all thrill after finalizing the menu for the soon to open New Suzie Wong Chinese restaurant. Since the arrival of their new Chinese chef Huan Ying Yan, the management of the hotel has been tasting daily new dishes to culminate in a very attractive new Menu for the Suzy Wong.
"Our guest will not only taste the dishes with their palate but also feast with their eyes and enjoy an overall dining experience," says Jan Verduyn, GM of the hotel.
The new menu is of course the brainchild of HuanYing Yan under his philosophy of serving authentic Chinese and simply prepared dishes, created to evoke the full flavours, says a press release.
To start, house favourites include golden fried minced crab claws and shrimp mousse with soya sauce, salt & pepper chicken wings, squid with ginger, garlic and chili salt. Main dishes range from a perfectly done Crispy duck to interesting seafood options such as Poached Pomfret in a spicy sauce, Spicy shrimps Szechuan style with bean curd, Stir fried scallops with asparagus and broccoli.
