Balochistan Youth Leadership Conference for the first time in Balochistan was held on the 26th of June 2021 at Dunch restaurant Askari Park Quetta.

Balochistan Youth Leadership Conference was organised by young and energetic youth of Balochistan - Sadam Ali, Zamran Shah Farhad Baloch and Saman Shah led the occasion. It was planned for January 2021 but unfortunately, it could not be done due to the coronavirus and thus was managed to be conducted on the 26th of June.

It was the first time that such an excellent and immense conference was organised where the energetic youth were facilitated with different sorts of information and things. However, I appreciate the youngsters who managed such a great and unique event. This was not only an event of enjoyment but it was an opportunity-cum-platform particularly for business lovers.

There were different speakers among whom the CSP Naeem Dilpul shared the arduous journey of his career. Nimra Pirkani, a motivational speaker, also shared her story of how she fought the battle of death and managed to reach this stage. She is the symbol of strength and of a strong lady. Her speech not only motivated the audience to cope with the hard situation but gave strength to be ready for each circumstance in life and be strong to overcome those situations.

Albeit, the rest speakers included Mir Dost - an entrepreneur who directed the youth towards the right direction of the business, Khalid Hussain Mir (founder and CEO of Peel Technologies Ltd) and Syed Nisar Ahmed, Executive Manager NIC Quetta. The team of BYLC must be appreciated who facilitated the students with such a great mega event where not only business students availed the opportunity for international business but also social science students along with others.

Besides this, the conference was a platform where diverse students from different institutes participated and interacted. Hence, it was informative and enjoyable too; I hope more programmes will be conducted for the youth of Balochistan in the coming future.

MANOOR MUSTAFA,

Quetta.
