LAHORE - The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has sought report from Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) about the case of Idara-e-Kisan (a non government organization), said sources in ACE on Monday.
An ACE officer seeking anonymity said that Dr Zafar Altaf, Chairman, Idara-e-Kisan is an influential person and he was influencing the case.
He said that though NAB has not sought report in written form but NAB officers were seeking report and progress of the case verbally from ACE officials.    After probe in the case by the Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT), 12 officers of the Livestock and Dairy Development (L&DD) Department were arrested by ACE over a multi-million fraud.
