ISLAMABAD- Interior Minister Nisar Ali Khan today gave government’s stance on BBC’s report alleging Muttahida Qaumi Movement received funding from India. Nisar said several sensitive issues have been disclosed in the report.

“BBC’s report strengthens our apprehensions against India,” Nisar stated. “We need UK government’s help for facts regarding this report,” he said.

“Tomorrow I will write a formal letter to the British government requesting their help,” he added.

Earlier, Nisar had a meeting with British High Commissioner Philip Barton in Islamabad.
