The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif arrives in Karachi to start PML-N's election campaign for General Election 2018.
PML N member warmly welcomed Shehbaz at the airport.
In a video message he said that he would be holding "rallies and meetings" in Karachi.
Former chief minister of Punjab added that his party, ruled past five years in Pakistan and handed over the leadership to the caretaker government last month, has made good on the promises it made back in 2013.
Shehbaz further said "almost no load-shedding in the country" in the present day, the PML-N president said, that peace had come back to Karachi, Rangers having worked hard day and night to make it possible.
He said that he and his party make every effort to fulfill all promises that they make in the upcoming general elections.
PML-N president will attend an event at the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Shehbaz will address a public gathering in NA-249 constituency and also in Lyari and Malir.
