LAHORE - A local magistrate granted three-days physical remand of the suspended DSP Imran Babar Jamil to Mochi Gate police in connection with the hosts of FIRs registered against the DSP after judicial inquiry went against him. Police produced the accused DSP before court and sought physical remand for seven days. Police took a plea that after the departmental inquiry, the accused had been nominated in FIR 63/2010 under, 409PPC (criminal breach of trust by public servant). During investigation the said DSP found guilty and had been arrested. Police said the suspended DSP had confessed to have torn FIR into pieces. Police said that the said FIR and four missing papers of daily diary were yet to be recovered and sought physical remand of the DSP. The magistrate granted three days physical remand for the recovery of alleged missing papers of the daily diary.
