ISLAMABAD (PR) - PTCL has re-launched Voice Mail Service (VMS) with remote login feature to keep its valued customers informed about their incoming calls. According to a press release issued on Wednesday, the purpose is to create awareness among PTCL valued customers for using this free VMS for depositing voice messages or not to miss any call. The re-launch with a new feature of remote login will enable customers to receive their messages from any landline, V fone and all mobile services within the country or internationally, just by dialling 1277 followed by a four-digit pin code of their mailbox. The use of this service is free of cost. It will keep the PTCL customers informed about their incoming calls on their landline, and internationally as well by dialling country code of Pakistan followed by 1277, says a press release issued here on Wednesday. SEVP Commercial Naveed Saeed, while commenting on the re-launch of the VMS said, It reinforces PTCL commitment to provide our customers value added services and projects PTCL image as a customer focused organisation. He further said that PTCL customers could also personalise their mailbox settings like adding their greetings, out-dial notifications, busy hours and absence greetings etc. According to the details given by EVP Consumer Service, Aasif Inam, the procedure has been made very simple keeping in mind customers convenience and customers can easily subscribe the VMS either through walk-in channels or by simply dialling 1236 from their landline.
