Ethical principles cannot be derived from science; they come from somewhere else, your own insight and thoughtfulness. Choosing order and construction over disorder and destruction are not a scientific task. It is easier to demolish a house than to build one, easier to kill a human being than to raise and educate one. In this era of materialism, those who are humane, kind to men and animals and advocate human rights get fewer with each passing day. In certain societies, charity and charitable services are considered obligatory duties, but I personally feel that my home province, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a home many billionaires lacks this essential and great humane spirits.

Building and running hospitals and schools are invaluable charitable services serving the cause of the sick for many generations. Being a clinical doctor, I know that unending violence, accidents, invasion of new infections, increasing numbers of cancer and mentally sick patients have increased the need to establish more new health facilities, but that is not the case in Pakistan. I owe my heartfelt gratitude to Mr Imran Khan for establishing the second cancer hospital in Peshawar, a second home to many millions people that would also serve as a research centre to look into the causes of increasing numbers of cancer cases in the province. It is better to clarify here that I am not related to PTI in any capacity so far.
