Baloch leader Akhtar Mengal returns to Pakistan

After years of self-exile Balochistan National Party (BNP) chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal arrived Karachi from Dubai on Monday.
Talking to media persons upon his arrival at Karachi Airport, he said there has been no improvement in the Balochistan situation. He said there is still bloodshed in the province and the situation is still worst.
He said the killers of Hazaras can be traced back to the killers of the Baloch people.
To a question, he denied the reports that he returned after an agreement with caretaker CM of Balochistan. He remained in exile in the tenure of General Musharraf.
Mengal said his party believes in democracy and that undemocratic forces had always obstructed his democratic struggle.
He said the party’s further course of action would be announced at a party meeting tomorrow (Tuesday).
