LAHORE – A minor was injured when his throat was slit-open by a stray kite Sunday in Shahdra Town.
The injured identified as Usman, 4, was shifted to Mayo Hospital where his condition was said to be critical. Police said the victim along with his father Sarwar was doing back home on motorbike when at Barkat Town where the incident happened, police added. Police has registered a case against an unidentified kite-flyer.
