Load-shedding back as weather turns

Islamabad: The habitual power load–shedding back in the country as soon the turn of weather from cool to hot.

The federal government claims of complete reduction of power load-shedding were still at the same spot as country rural and urban areas were facing 4 to 6 hours without any notification.

The credible sources have claimed that the electricity demand would touch to 18000mw in the forthcoming month of April, however, electricity production would limit to 14500mw, its shortfall touch to 3500mw and that could extend to 6000mw in peak season.

On the other hand, experts have viewed that during of power load-seeding in different parts of the country would belong in the current summer season because of a massive increase in electricity shortfall.

Sources stated that work of country coal power projects was still going on and it could be impossible of addition of more electricity in the system.

Moreover, the government has also failed to control the incidents of power thefts as it is facing the burden of Rs 360 billion due to line losses and electricity theft incidents.

Moreover, the government is claiming enough electricity present in the system and if it provides interrupted electricity with the line losses would reach to Rs 4 trillion.
