LAHORE - PCB Appellate Tribunal proceeding on the petition of fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has been postponed from June 4 and its likely to be held on June 8. The hearing was to be held on June 4 but Tribunal chief Justice (R) Farrukh Aftab informed that it was no possible on the set date. He said that he would not be available for hearing due to his some personal engagements. PCB Appellate Tribunal chief said that he could not hear the scheduled case on June 4 due to personal engagements and he has already informed about it to the PCB officials, while the new date for hearing of the case would be announced in a day or two. Replying to a question, he said that whether a member of the Tribunal, now Governor Salman Taseer would be available for hearing or not get clear only after a notice for hearing on the new date would be sent to him.
