When the government of Pakistan increased the price of petroleum products in Pakistan recently, the international market rate of crude oil was $80 per barrel. Now the crude oil price has come down to $68 per barrel. When crude oil price was increasing, the government said it had to increase price of oil to compensate for the spike in international market.
