Pakistan requires help of USA aid almost in every field for its existence and progress but at least there is one head where Pakistan should extend advisory help to USA and as such our Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani is in better position to help USA without wasting further time. It may be pointed out the last years unprecedented floods in 80 years history of the area, came to Pakistan and our Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani had issued a statement claiming: Had Kalabagh dam (KBD) in place, the devastating floods could have been averted. At the same time the high-level propaganda against KBD must be stopped and culprits taken to justice.
