Middle East opportunities outlined by PwC and ACCA

LAHORE (PR): The exciting and rewarding opportunities for young people to study a global accountancy qualification and be able to pursue careers for leading companies based in the Middle East are to be outlined when representatives from the PwC Academy Middle East visit Pakistan this week.

During the visit, the PwC Academy team will be promoting the ACCA Qualification which it teaches at its centre in Dubai. Working alongside the ACCA Pakistan team, PwC Academy representatives will be meeting senior management and deliver joint presentations at the Lahore University of Management Sciences and Lahore School of Economics and at the COMSATS and FAST-NU in Islamabad.

Service conference

LAHORE (PR): Activ8 Private Limited in collaboration with Pakistan Human Capital Forum held Pakistan’s first ever Service Conference “Service Punch -2014” which was attended by a large number of CEO’s, business heads, delegates and guests belonging to customer services and other business backgrounds.

The full-day conference kicked-off by Umer Saeed khan, CEO, Activ8 and Co-Founder of Pakistan Human Capital Forum to set the mood of understanding importance of service. Main highlight of the conference were key note speakers, Bouzeneth Benouda, Managing Director, Metro Habib & M/s Roshaneh Zafar, Managing Director, Kashf Foundation. It focused on interesting themes on customer care in view of featured panelists from companies like Zong, Telenor, Warid, TRG, MCB, Bank Alfalah, Adamjee Insurance, Coca Cola Beverages, FINCA & LUMS.

 In the moderation of Suleman Anser Khan Head OD, Ufone and Fatima Asad-said Director HCM, Abacus Consulting who shared their expert and candid views with the audience sparking an interesting debate about changing the future of customer services in Pakistan over the next few years. The final moderator of the conference Mr Adeel Anwar, Director OD, Warid & Co-Founder of Pakistan Human Capital Forum proposed strategies for creating customer care mindset, maximising customer satisfaction, increasing profitability and building customer loyalty.

 

Sales Staff Award Ceremony in Bangkok

KARACH (PR): Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited has took whole sales staff of 3S dealerships and management to Bangkok on a motivational trip which ended up with an award ceremony. Trip started with an awesome ride on “TUK TUk” and lavish dinner on cruise. Visit of Pranakorn Honda Automobile was arranged for sales staff awareness regarding dealership operation and corporate information.

End of the day was with a Guinness World Record holder stage show “Nirmat Cultural Show”, where people have enjoyed history of Thailand.

Visit of Honda R & D Asia Pacific Company Limited and Honda Automobile Thailand Company Limited was on board for operational information. Mr. Sato have honor the Award distribution ceremony and distributed awards to the winners along with Mr. Aoki and Mr. Ayaz Hafeez. Madam Taussads museum visit made people crazy, which came to an end of the trip and people happily returned back to Pakistan with a motivation and passion to achieve 26,000 units sales target of 90Ki than the achievement of 23,350 units in 90Ki.
