Pakistan is facing energy crisis, but now these crisis have increased to such an extent that even CNG has fallen short. Although the gas reserves in Baluchistan are enough, the clashes with Baloch activists and lack of proper exploitation of gas reserves has made life miserable. Public transport has become very expensive as they have raised their fares. Pakistanis are already under the burden of load shedding and now this problem! We are deprived of the basic facilities, which people take for granted in developed countries. Hearing of large reserves of petrol and natural gas being discovered, gives us some hope, and our government should make efforts to use these resources to make our lives easier rather that selling them to foreign companies.
